The low-salt diet that has been marketed to us is a
prescription for disease. It is most definitely a
prescription for the big 'C' (cancer.) Our low salt intake is recognized as a global deficiency. GLOBALLY, we don't consume enough of the substance that every fiber of our being is made of. I know people who are actually SCARED of salt that's how effective the indoctrination was. Of course, the perfect salt would be unprocessed sea salt as the composition is identical to our own mineral needs. As a matter of fact, sea water injections have been used world wide to reverse many conditions even deformities thought to be incurable by western standards. It is truly unfortunate that British Petroleum and others store oil in the natural salt domes of the sea, to our detriment. But I digress....
We have 2 kinds of salt: highly processed, heated and bleached is one and the other is unrefined, unprocessed, true salt with minerals intact. The highly processed salt is commonly known as Table Salt and is 'iodized.' Many use it because they think it contains iodine in sufficient quantity to prevent disease which, of course, is propaganda. Table Salt is what is left over after industry has extracted sodium chloride from natural salt for industrial uses. The salt we are designed to eat is unrefined, unprocessed salt. The primary component of this salt is sodium chloride in conjunction with the 80 or so minerals it works in synergy with. These trace minerals perform many vital functions in our body. Table Salt is void of these trace minerals which makes us void of the same trace minerals and degeneration follows. We can see that the consumption of salt is more than consuming sodium chloride, which is important, but also consuming salt's associated trace minerals.
Contrary to popular belief, our diets should be high in unrefined salt! Let me repeat that: high in unrefined salt.
